Payment Information:
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD; we no longer accept DISCOVER
credit cards.
If you are ordering from a foreign country other than Canada,
please indicate how you would like your order shipped: airmail
or surface mail. Shipping charges are the actual shipping costs.
Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are calculated for each order and included in
the total on the invoice.
We ship by UPS in the 48 states. Please include an address to
which UPS can deliver (not a post office box). If that isn’t
possible, indicate that you wish the order to be sent by the
U.S. Postal Service. We ship Air Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and
Canada.
If you want your order shipped to a different address, please
indicate so in the “Ship To” box on the Order Form.
